| Purpose: | To project the overheads for the Services in which Prayer Books and Hymn Books are not used. |
| Population(s) served: | The congregation |
| Meeting Date & Time: | No meeting time. |
Skills & Qualifications:
- have the ability to be focused on the Service (when to put overheads on) at the same time as being filled Spiritually with what God is doing during the Service.
- must be flexible in order to follow the Worship Leader, and Priest when changes are made without prior planning.

Training Provided:
- on-the-job training
Time Commitment Involved:
- be available about 15 minutes before the Service to be sure which overheads are being used, and that they are in order.
- put the overheads away after the Service if the Worship Leader is occupied.
Description of Duties / Responsibilities:
- set up the projector, and lower the screen to the proper level (so that it doesn’t interfere with the Worship Band).
- check with the Priest as to which “Eucharistic Prayer” and “Breaking of Bread” formats will be used, then get the overheads ready.
- the Worship Leader will provide the overheads for the music, as well as any special instructions.
- project the overheads as the Service progresses
Limits of the Position:
- follow the lead of the Priest or Worship Leader - anticipate what is next, but wait for the lead
