| Purpose: | To make the spoken word audible and clear, and to balance the voice and instruments of the Worship team, modulating or amplifying where necessary during all services |

- technical skill

Training Provided:
- training by the others on the team
Meeting Date & Time:
- at present, we have no technician for the 8:45 a.m. service, and the organist sets up
- there is usually a technician at the 10:45 a.m. service, and all special services.
Time Commitment Involved:
- someone needs to be available at each service
- you need to set up before the service, and put everything away after the service, which takes a bit of time
Description of Duties / Responsibilities:
- unlock cabinet, set up and put away microphones
- balance and test before the service
- make any adjustments needed during the service
- be alert to the flow of the service and the reaction of the congregation
Limits of the Position:
- limited to the amount of equipment we have
- limited to your skill
